A colorful spring wedding at River House at Odette’s, photographed by my associate Gabby, with layered florals, literary details, and a ceremony that beautifully honored family, heritage, and tradition.
Planned by Bree of All About Events, the day felt joyful and deeply personal from the start. The design brought together soft spring colors — peach, pink, yellow, and blue — with a thoughtful nod to Jamie and Jeremy’s love of reading. Stacks of books were woven into the reception decor, creating a sweet, unexpected layer that made the room feel entirely their own.
The floral work by We Are Wildflowers brought so much movement and warmth to the day, from the garden-style ceremony installation to the loose, romantic arrangements throughout the reception. Their ceremony reflected Jamie’s Jewish heritage alongside other meaningful traditions, including jumping the broom, creating a celebration that felt intimate, expressive, and full of joy.
More than anything, Jamie and Jeremy had such natural chemistry. Their portraits felt easy and alive — full of laughter, closeness, and the kind of connection that makes a wedding especially beautiful to photograph.
